Returns Policy
In the event that your item is faulty or does not correspond to your order, please send an email to info@cami.ae with the subject line "Return and #OrderNumber" within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the item and a brief explanation for the return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
Exchanges Policy
We only offer exchanges or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds Policy
We are only able to offer refunds for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. After we have received and examined your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you first check your bank account. Following this, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund appears in your account.
